Scope of Work

Challenge: High-frequency voltage fluctuation causing failure in CNC machinery at a manufacturing unit.

Deployment: Installation of 150kVA Air-Cooled Servo Stabilizer with custom isolation transformer.

Educational Insight (How we handled it)

We educated the client that standard stabilizers respond too slowly. We deployed a servo with a <10ms response time.

Outcome: Zero downtime recorded in Q3-Q4. Machinery lifespan extended.

Scope of Work

Challenge: Residential complex requiring 24/7 power but wanting to reduce grid dependency by 80%.

Deployment: 10kW Hybrid Inverter setup with Lithium-Ferro Phosphate (LFP) battery bank.

Educational Insight (How we handled it)

Integration of "Smart Load Management." Heavy loads (ACs) run only on solar; critical loads run on battery. We programmed the inverter to prioritize solar > battery > grid.

Challenge: Setting up a new regional office with 50+ nodes and centralized surveillance.

Deployment: Structured Cabling (CAT6), Server Rack management, and Firewall configuration.

Educational Insight (How we handled it)

Efficiency achieved by pre-planning cable routes to avoid EMI interference from power lines. Deployed VLANs to separate Voice, Data, and CCTV traffic for security.
